Decking m2 rates range from $250 to $700. Composite generally costs more upfront than Merbau but less over time, since it doesn't need oiling or staining. Site factors such as ground conditions, slope and subfloor design, handrailing and steps all alter this rate. I'll give you exact pricing for your project during the free quote.

$55 to $75 per square metre for standard sanding and oiling, while a complete deck resurfacing can cost $180 to $650 per square metre depending on the selected timber or composite material. Depends how bad it is honestly. I'll have a look and give you a fixed price, no surprises after.

Composite, hands down, if low maintenance is the main thing you're after. No oiling, no sanding, just hose it off now and then. Merbau still looks better to a lot of people though, and it's not a huge job to maintain either.

Unlike many larger companies, you'll deal directly with Jonothan throughout the project. The person who provides your quote is the same qualified carpenter who builds your deck. I have a great network I have built over the years so larger jobs that require more labour is not a problem.
